before they are permitted 
to borrow from the library.



Borrowing Guidelines

Students are permitted to 
borrow library resources 
for a period of TWO weeks.

Distance Students are granted 
an additional week 
for postage time.

Distance Students are required 
to contact the Booth College 
librarian by email or phone 
to borrow items.

A maximum of SIX items may be borrowed by each student.

Books from the 
REFERENCE sections
may 
NOT be borrowed
by 
any student at any time. 
They are for use 
WITHIN the library only.

Other Reference Books 
(indicated by an 'R' on the spine) 
are NOT available for borrowing.

Journals, periodicals, 
newspapers and 
magazines
are not 
available for borrowing.

The Required textbook/s for 
subjects each semester are 
placed on CLOSED RESERVE 
and are NOT available to 
students for borrowing.

Other books placed on 
CLOSED RESERVE may be used 
within the library ONLY and are 
not available for borrowing.
